This property is NOT intended as a party venue but as slef catering accommodation This terraced house is situated in a residential area with neighbours on either side, some of whom have small children. This property is NOT suitable for loud parties and we respectfully ask that you do not book the property if this is what you have in mind.
The property is also unsuitable for guests who struggle with stairs.
PLEASE do not book bare bottom butlers or drink activities at the house
We suggest pamper packages or craft based activities
Check in after 3pm with check out by 10.30am to allow for same day changeovers.
Please do not decorate the house externally with balloons or banners or use drawing pins/sellotape/ bluetac to decorate internally
We ask that you compete your washing up and put it away and dispose of your rubbish
IMPORTANT LOST KEYS cause a significant security risk so please ensure that ALL keys are left at the property on departure
Lost keys will result in all locks being replaced plus a complete set of keys being re -cut plus cost of lock replacement / locksmith call out fees / admin charges being deducted from your security deposit !!
