Although this looks like a completely normal apartment by day, at night, the magical FIBRE OPTIC STAR CEILING brings a star-lit night sky indoors.

Voice activated new Phillips Hue lighting allows you to create a lighting experience in your choice of colours! When combined with the 55" TV you will have a unique home cinema experience.

The TV comes with free NETFLIX along with access to the web, BBC iPlayer, AMAZON Prime, Mubi, and many others.

The Sonos sound system wirelessly connects to your digital devices, enabling you to listen to the music on those devices and to TuneIn Radio which gives you access to nearly all the radio stations in the world.

There is a Sonos speaker in the kitchen, bathroom and main room and they can all play the same thing or different things in each room. You would just need to temporarily download the free Sonos app onto your devices.

If the main room needs to be quiet (like if the baby is sleeping) and you're still watching something on TV or listening to music, you can use the WIRELESS HEADPHONES (two sets are provided) to continue to do so without making a noise.

A five-meter HDMI cable is provided in the flat if you'd like to link your computer to the TV.


This is a highly versatile studio apartment which can be easily customised to how you wish to use it. great as a living or office or meeting space by day and a split bedroom space by night.

The Japanese sliding blind in the main room allows the room to be partitioned into two sections, creating visual privacy for those sharing the space.

As the KING SIZE ELECTRIC FOLDAWAY WALL BED disappears into its wall cabinet, the other side transforms & slides into a cozy sofa, changing the room from a BEDROOM to a LIVING ROOM .

Another comfy chair folds out into a SPRUNG MATTRESS, SINGLE BED which is accompanied by its own small table and reading lamp. This small table can also function as a foot stool as required in the flat.

Further still , the big table can be adjusted so it can function as a low coffee table or even as somewhere to put your feet up! or the height can be adjusted to a larger desk or it swivels & opens out to be a large dining table for a more formal dining experience or conference meeting table ( there is an additional small fold down desk on the wall to the right of the fire mantel! for extra separate desk space )


Finally, there is access from the kitchen down the fire escape steps to a lovely communal garden where you can sit with a morning coffee, an afternoon tea, or an evening cocktail. It's also a nice space to work, as in most of the garden, there is still plenty of high-speed internet access.

Guest access

The whole studio is accessible for guests sole use. The communal garden is accessible until 10pm. There are a few steps to the front door of the main entrance ( see exterior photo) otherwise the studio is arranged all on ground floor level access

The kitchen back door opens out to small balcony area leading down 2 flights of steps to the shared terrace, courtyard garden.


A limited number of Visitor parking permits are available by prior request & for short-term (2-4 day) stays only, ( they are limited by the council) the booking must include a Friday or Saturday.

These permits are available upon request at £8/day (for as long as stocks last). Permits can be used throughout the Y designated parking zone. Please request vouchers at the time of booking to be sure to reserve them with your booking.

Please be aware that these parking permits are for on street parking and allow you to park in the residents car parking bays.. As this is a big zone with many, many residents, it is not always possible to park immediately outside the property. It's often possible to get a good space, but it depends on the time of day. It can happen, though, that your car may end up a distance from the flat, please be prepared for this. This is the same situation for the residents of the area. Always read the parking signs!

Immaculately clean, pictures don't do it justice. Latest smart voice controlled lighting (choose ANY colour), filtered boiled water tap, washed /dryer, air con, Passé coffee machine,
Sonos speakers throughout, huge smart TV, super-fast broadband, World Radio (literally any station in the world from what I could tell), other gadgets controlled by the Google assistant, it’s all very high tech. Even the bed is remote operated!
This place is quite incredible. Facilities were all of a very high standard, kitchen and shower were very luxurious and clean. The two tables are fully adjustable and switch between being a coffee / lunch table into an office desk. Very dynamic and well designed.
Living room even has a voice controlled ceiling which changes into an illuminated star lit sky!
Couldn’t praise recommend this apartment enough, perfect as a professional work place for meetings or just as ideal as pleasure and relaxation. Caroline was an excellent host and made me feel very welcome. Will definitely visit again :-)

This is a lovely and stylish flat with all mod cons and a really cleverly thought-out use of space. It is in a great location a short walk from the station and with lots of really nice local cafes and shops close-by. Inside, the flat is lovely and quiet. Caroline and Nicky were excellent hosts too with lots of great recommendations of places to eat. I’d love to stay there again!

I stayed here for a few days for my 21st birthday. This place is unbelievable. Amenities are amazing including a POPCORN MAKER!! Caroline and Nikkie are the sweetest ladies ever - even leaving me a bottle of prossecco in the fridge for me and my friends to enjoy. This place is so modern and the little garden is stunning. The lights are unreal - star lights on the ceiling are perfect for a couples retreat and for staring at after a few beverages!! Would stay here again - without a doubt - but for longer next time to enjoy all the facilities available to us! Thank you 500 times xxx

Stayed 1 (Sat) night in June. Apartment is beautifully decorated and fitted out - incredible use of space. Really well set up : everything you could need - and more (by way of example, my wife realised she had forgotten her contact lens case - the egg cups in the kitchen saved a late night dash to the shops!) Apartment is well located: quiet residential street (so nice and quiet for sleeping) but only a 10 min walk to the sea. Would work equally well for longer stay: even has washing machine and dedicated storage for suitcases. A real gem : highly recommend

The flat is just beautiful, ultra-modern and luxurious with a serene atmosphere. There are a lot of cool features in this flat, my most favourite are the magical star ceiling and the sofa which converts to a bed at the touch of a button. Everything is of high quality and oozes good taste and good design. I was particularly taken with the “Hey (Hidden by Airbnb) ” voice activated facility which allowed me to play with the atmospheric lighting by asking it to alter the colour and brightness of the lights. Caroline is lovely, welcoming and easy to communicate with.

• Enjoy the flat and make yourself at home.

• Be respectful of the neighbours and the flat.

• Report any breakages, spills or other damage as soon as they occur so we can rectify them swiftly and easily. (We will send out the expert “No Dramas” Squad who love fixing things!)

• Keep noise levels down in general after 10pm. It’s a rule of the building.

• Please ensure all visitors leave by 11pm.


• No smoking, candles or incense inside the flat. Conveniently located ashtrays are provided just outside the flat.

• No shoes on when inside the flat if possible.

• No parties or events.

• No use of the communal garden after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.

Check out is normally 11am. It may be possible to check out later if needed; please arrange in advance if so.

Must climb stairs ( 1 to 2 steps to front door and steps down to garden terrace area )
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £350
