We offer a range of services from standard turnaround cleans of your holiday let property to deep post build cleans
Sometimes just a changeover or turnaround clean is not enough for a quality holiday property, so you have the option to select a range of modules that allow housekeepers to present the property, fault find, make all the beds with fresh linen, provide fresh towels and carry out property arrival checks. At the time of their changeover visit, Housekeepers can also place sundry items, welcome gifts (if required) and they also use a Welcome Text service to notify guests when the property is ready. This is welcomed, particularly if the guests can get into the property much earlier! They can also ensure mandatory legal compliance through our professional reporting service on the changeover visit.
If Housekeepers find any property maintenance issue during the changeover or any other visit, then they have a direct line to a property management team who will either resolve the problem themselves or manage the immediate response of their or your preferred specialist contractors. Changeover cleans are carried out on departure, which ensures that any property problems are identified early and the property is ready for the next check in. On every changeover, your property is cleaned to ensure that every trace of the previous guests are removed.
There are a different types of cleans from standard turnaround cleans, to a clean & refresh clean if a property has been vacant for over a week, to deep spring cleans, or post build cleans, these different types of clean are reflected in the price rate.

Linen Only or Linen Lay
If you have guests on a 2 week booking week we would strip and remake beds and provide fresh towels mid way through their occupancy. Although this is not a cleaning visit, we can provide regular Housekeeper visits for guests that require this service during their stay.
Our Laundry Services provide a highly competitive Linen Hire & Laundry service.
You can hire high quality bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels and oven cloths that you require
This is the most cost effective way of providing linen and laundry in your property and it saves you the cost of buying 3 sets of everything, washing & ironing it in addition to perhaps cleaning the property too. Prices from approx £7 - £10 a set per guest: hand towel, bath towel, sheet, 2 pillow cases & duvet cover: laundered, pressed & delivered!
If you already have your own linen and towels, we can also provide a launder only service. It does cost more to have your own linen and towels laundered, rather than hiring it.
In addition to laundering bed linen and towels, mattress protectors, quilts, table cloths and bed spreads can also be laundered too on request.
We welcome contracts for linen hire & laundry from small BNB's, Hotels & restaurants too,
You can register us as one of your nominated key holders with the the local constabulary, so that the emergency services have our details and we can deal with any incidents on your behalf.
We only provide key holding services as part of our Holiday Property Management package, to the properties that we manage.
In addition to holding keys, we can provide Access Management services to allow such things as scheduled deliveries or warranty repairs.

This is an essential and necessary service when renting your property and we provide it 24/365. Should there be a question, problem, fault or a health and safety issue at your property; your guests can contact us direct so that we can resolve it.
If necessary, we will either visit the property using our knowledgeable property management staff and resolve the problem, or we will co-ordinate our team of specialist contractors, 24/365.

As part of our 24/365 holiday home property maintenance service, we provide every service possible for urgent call outs, essential maintenance and legally compliant planned maintenance across Brighton & the local area. Some of the holiday home property maintenance items are a legal compliance issue so getting them scheduled and carried out regularly are a must.

We can provide a back up service for household appliances. We stock a number of televisions, fridges, DVD's etc which we hire on short term basis or we can supply and manage new appliances.

For an additional fee and for that total relaxation whilst on holiday, we can supply our housekeepers to the properties that we look after on a either a daily or regular basis throughout your stay.

Fire Risk Assessment
It is a mandatory requirement to have a fire risk assessment on a holiday rental property. We can put you in touch with fire risk assessors and equipment suppliers.
PAT testing of all portable appliance over a year old. We provide this service and manage it for you.
Providing a landlord gas safety certificate for all gas appliances within the property. All can carry out this service for you for a small fee, we use competent and qualified engineers and we can manage this for you.
Furniture & Fittings
You need to have compliant furniture and fittings.
