The apartment is very well located to access all that Brighton and Hove offers. You should not need a car while staying here. There will be many restaurants, cafés, shops and bars right on your doorstep or within walking distance.

Brighton beach front is also only a 5 minute short stroll away.

Getting around

Our apartment is located approximately 10 minutes walk from Brighton station. If required, taxis can be hailed easily at street level and are readily available at the train station. Approximate cost for a cab ride is only £5.

The nearest car park is the underground NCP car park in Regency Square, just across from the property.
There are 3 parking options. Tariff is £12.50 for 24 hours. Evening tariff, from 4pm to 11am, is £10. No special deals for weeks

Regency Secure Parking, 1 Regency Mews, BN1 2HF. Telephone: 01273 775215. Website: www.regencysecureparking.co.uk. tariff is £12 for 24 hours. Weekends from 1pm Friday to Sunday is £25. The owner will discount for weekly parking or part of a week. Rates depend on the size of the car and have to be negotiated. This carpark is locked at night and is secure. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Tariff for 24 hours is £20 per night Sunday to Thursday and £30 per night Friday and Saturday. Alan will pick customers up at the flat and park the car for them This carpark is also very secure. It is slightly further away but still only 5 minutes walk. Both private carparks have to be booked in advance.

We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton running the marathon! The hosts were super helpful in advance of our arrival, providing recommendations for local restaurants and being available to answer any questions we had. The process with the key holder was slick and efficient and it was useful to be shown where things were in the apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish, clean and bright and airy and the location was ideal for us - close to the sea and to coffee shops, bars and restaurants with everything accessible by walking. The apartment is freshly decorated and everything worked well. The kitchen was well equipped (including a great coffee machine) allowing us marathon runners to prepare our meals easily. Beds very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The views of the sea from the apartment and the balcony were wonderful - and even more so given the sunshine! Would definitely recommend.

• No food or drink to be taken into the bedrooms.
• Take off your shoes at the front door. Strictly no high heels to be worn inside.
• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
• Keep noise to a minimum and consider our neighbours especially when you are out on the balcony.
• Unfortunately our apartment is not suitable for children under the ages of 10 years (special requests considered).
• If preparing food, please do not cut directly onto the new kitchen work top. Use the chopping boards provided.
• Please do not place hot saucepans, dishes or cups onto the dining table or coffee table. Use the many coasters and mats provided.
• We do not allow pets of any kind inside the apartment or on the balcony.
