A really lovely and stylish flat, central to Brighton and great amenities close by.

Great quirky apartment. Spotlessly clean and warm. About 5 min taxi to seafront with a great pub right across the road. Small supermarket on the next corner, off license, restaurants etc all very close. Great location.

A great, quirky little place filled with everything you can need and more. The apartment itself is full of treasures that the host Lawrence has collected over the year which made a great talking point and definitely made the place memorable! Lawrence himself was a great host, as well as showing us around the apartment he offered tips on where to eat (and NOT) and go during our stay. He was always on the end of the phone if we needed him.

Parker’s Pad is wonderful - it’s in a fantastic location near to the centre of Brighton but far enough away that you’re not in the thick of everything (particularly on Pride weekend when we went). The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean with great amenities. Everyone I dealt with was lovely and extremely responsive, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.

Fantastic flat- perfect location and amazing decor. Laurence welcomed us and showed us round the flat, even showing us where to park for free and giving a lift back to the flat. Great hospitality, very clean. All basics provided (tea, coffee, milk etc) with a well equipped kitchen and even fresh flowers when we arrived. Local cafes, pubs and supermarket on same street and very easy walk to the sea front to see all Brighton has to offer. We stayed as a party of 9 for a Hen do and it was very comfortable stay for all. Thank you - we would highly recommend this flat.

I recently visited Brighton to celebrate a friends ‘hen do’. We had a lovely time in and it was great to have such an amazing apartment to base ourselves. The apartment was quirky and very homely and had everything we needed and more. Laurence was very helpful on arrival and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and would recommend Parker’s Pad to anyone.

I booked the apartment for my best friends hen do and it was perfect. The apartment itself was so quirky and the open plan kitchen and living room was great for us all to be together! It comfortably slept 10 of us and I would highly recommend it to any group wanted to stay in Brighton. It was a easy 10 min walk to the beach, town or train station! I can’t thank Laurence enough for the weekend we spent there x

“Our stay for Conference” ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewed 21 Jun 2018
Wow, what a place. Well equipped, stylish, comfortable with eateries and convenience stores right on your doorstep. Laurence met us on arrival showed us around and explained how to use the cooker (a godsend to a technophobe like me). Everything you could possibly want was there. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, TV, hi-fi and WiFi. I would definitely stay there again when next travelling to Brighton.

What a great place to stay! Not far from the centre, although a bit of a hill to climb lol. Fantastic rooms, lovely landlord - would love to stay again

“Parker’s Pad is brilliant!”

I booked this flat for a weekend in Brighton with friends for my birthday. The booking was quick and easy and Laurence was super nice. When I spoke to him a few days before he made me feel totally relaxed and was very helpful when we got there. He met us at the flat and showed us everything and then even showed me where I could park for free and ran me back to the flat (you don’t need a car staying there but it’s great that you can park for free if you choose to drive there). The flat itself is in a great location and you can wander into town easily. It is homely, clean and comfortable and has everything you might need. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We stayed at Parker Pads, Brighton at the Seven Dials for a friends 30th birthday and had an absolute ball over Easter Weekend 2018! A stylish and quirky apartment right in the centre of Brighton with only a 10 minuet walk to the centre of town and another 5 minuets you can be in swimming in the sea!
So let me break it down. Brighton is a bright energetic sea side town. However, parking is a pain. Laurence was a great host, directed us to free parking and drove us down to the apartment 5 minuets away in his people carrier. Car is not needed when staying in the central location. He gave us a great tour of the house where we were delighted with what we had landed for our weekend. The pictures do not give this place justice.
The apartment has everything stated in the Bio. Plenty of space for 10 people, large bedrooms, large bathroom with a lovely shower and bath (includes a TV), a modern and stylish kitchen with all utensils you need! We cooked every night lining our stomachs for the wild nights Brighton is guaranteed to bring! Washer / dryer / dishwasher it has it all. The large flat screen TV was a treat for the Anthony Joshua fight!
Thank you for making our stay in Brighton so marvellous, I recommend the apartment over any offered in Brighton!

Such an amazing stay in Seven Dials. Laurence was so helpful, he took us to find parking and was so welcoming, sharing lots of tips about the local area. We were lacking in a few champagne glasses so Laurence went out and bought us more. Laurence also helped our friends to find the apartment and that was really appreciated. The apartment is stunning and so quirky! It was great for hosting drinks and has an amazing sound system. All in all a fab weekend and would definitely recommend to friends! Thank you Laurence! X

The flat is very cool with a great arty vibe, and perfectly matches the character of Brighton. Everything was very clean. The couch is super comfy for lounging with a hangover while the kitchen and dining table area is great to get your group together for a meal and some drinks. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable and there was a bit of noise from the pub across the road when you have the windows open on a hot night but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Laurence was friendly and personable. We'd definitely stay again.

We liked the place. Quirky vibe and we were able to squeeze 10 of us in for a fantastic New Year's celebration. Guy that checked us in was really nice and didn't linger - communicated only what we needed to know. Bit of a bizarre bathroom design, but other than that no complaints. Thanks Finn

We had a fantastic time over the August long weekend at this beautifully decorated apartment in Brighton's seven dials. Our host was amazing! Super helpful and communicative to our needs, he even had beers ready for us in the fridge! The apartment was well equipped for a group of 9 guests and the location was just perfect with great bars and cafes very close by. I really recommend staying with keystay!

Fantastic apartment with lots of character! We had a vintage themed weekend and the owner’s objects were great for our photos. The owner was very kind and helped with giving advice about parking and local places to eat. Thanks for the goodies in the fridge too! We had 9 people staying and it worked out fine. Thank you to Keystay / Jane for great service.
