A superb modern detached house sleeping up to 20 guests with use of two double sofa beds in the living room. This property offers all the comforts of modern living with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, (2 bedrooms with en suite).

Off road parking for 4-6 cars. The house has a south facing private garden together with a large well-equipped contemporary kitchen/diner ideal for your group gatherings.

This property has been recently redecorated to maintain its high level of finish & presentation.

All bed linen and hand towels are provided. Bath Towels are not provided at this property

Gorgeous oak flooring throughout the ground floor, soft comfortable furnishings and luxurious décor throughout.

The property is ideally located for easy access in all directions, just off Dyke Road Avenue, the main artery into Brighton City Centre and a short distance from Waterhall Golf course, The Devil's Dyke, Withdean Stadium and the University Of Sussex

Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £10/12 in a 6-8 seater cab, or £7/10 in a 4 seater.

A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly.

All male groups are welcome by prior arrangement only.

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided on request.

Hen Do Weekend! We hired this property for 14 of us for the weekend and what a great property it is. The size is brilliant nobody felt on top of each other. Location is great 10 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Brighton. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It had everything we needed. Andrew and connor were helpful and easy to get hold of and overall the stay was great! Thoroughly recommend!! .

Perfect property for a large group ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 of 5
The house has plenty of space for a large group. It was great to have actual beds and not bunk beds (like many other group properties in Brighton). The house was equipped with all of the stuff needed, e.g. cutlery, plates, etc. Small taxi journey to the city centre costing approx £10. The only negative is the lack of bins/recycling facilities. We walked down the road and had to post bottles/cans etc individually in a communal recycling centre. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

A superb modern contemporary 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom large group detached house

I booked this property for 18 ladies for my best friend's hen in Brighton. From booking a few months prior, right through to our stay on 17th-19th February 2017, Andrew had been great and was always at the end of the phone if you needed an answer to a question.

The bright and spacious house is situated in a lovely residential close off Dyke Road, the main road leading into central Brighton, and just a few miles in a car. Due to our large party of 18 we managed to squeeze 6 cars on the drive with off road parking, if required! All bedrooms were a good size, beds were comfy, a few of which were en-suite! The dining area and kitchen is really well equipped and we spent a lot of time in there socialising; equally, the lounge is a fantastic space to enjoy your time, with a TV package and Wi-Fi. Some lovely French doors open out onto a large garden with benches. It had everything we needed and more for a two night stay, I would personally stay there longer if I'd have needed to, a perfect house close to Brighton! Our bride to be and hens absolutely loved the house and couldn't believe how brilliant it was. I would highly recommend, it was a great experience - thanks so much!

We rented this house for the weekend. It was my best mates hen do. The house is lovely. Big enough of all of us. There was 17 of us staying and we all had beds. The house is very clean and only 10 mins in a cab to the heart of Brighton.

Andrew & KeyStay have been so good to us from start to finish. Answering any questions we had and very quickly. Not only will we be returning at some point, we will be recommending this house to our friends and family.

We had a group of 16 to stay in Andrews house. We had a brilliant weekend, everything we could possibly need was supplied. The location is close to the centre of Brighton so taxis are not expensive and you are close to local amenities.

Andrew is really helpful and welcoming. I would stay again as would my 15 friends and family, highly recommended by us!!

The spacious property housed us 13 girls very comfortably and had everything we needed for a weekend away. We particularly enjoyed the large living, dining and garden areas. The house is perfectly located just outside of town....only a 10 min taxi ride away. The owner was so helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience that much better. Thank you!

"I have just returned from a fabulous weekend in Brighton that I organised for my friends hen weekend. This was made more special by the tremendous accommodation we decided to book. excellent base for a group of girls (15 of us), who wanted to party, but also wanted a nice place to stay.
Set in a residential area around 5 minutes in a taxi from the lanes in Brighton, Perfect balance of high quality living and party pad!! On arrival we were met by a lovely man called Andrew who could not have been more helpful!
The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The bedrooms were lovely and with 3 bathrooms (4 toilets including the smaller one downstairs) there was plenty of facilities for lots of ladies getting ready for a night on the town at the same time!! The outside space was great with patio furniture provided (as well as cigarette pot-very thoughtful!)
It was the little touches that made it special. Huge flat screen TV, I-pod docking station and selection of DVD's perfect for chilling in the morning/afternoon when you have been out the night before!! . The kitchen was amazing and with a huge dining table we all sat round on the Friday toasting the bride to be...Perfect!!
I would recommend this accommodation for any group looking to enjoy Brighton! You wont be disappointed!"
