Brighton Pier Pebble Pad apartment is a completely refurbished Brighton holiday apartment with newly fitted galley kitchen with all new appliances, luxuriously fitted bathroom with double ended white bath, separate shower cubicle with huge over head rainfall shower, quirky large water drop wash basin and WC, newly decorated spacious double or twin bedroom (suitable for 2 children/small adults on 2ft 6' beds) with TV, living room, entrance hallway and patio. Set within a Regency Seafront building on the lower ground floor under the raised ground floor : lighter than most lower ground floor apartments, private access via a small flight of steps.

BEDROOM: SLEEPS 2
Beautifully presented spacious double bedroom located to the front of the apartment. with the original regency bay bow windows, ( recently fitted with acoustic glazing & additional sound proofing to make you even more comfortable). The bedroom has a spacious & sumptuous hotel standard luxury 5ft Kingsize 'zip and link' bed which can be set up as 2 singles/twins n request ( 2ft 6in) for children/ small adults (Please state your preference at time of booking). The charcoal leather effect headboard adds comfort. There is an additional TV with DVD player located in the bedroom. A useful foam fold out chair bed can be added to the bedroom.. Chest of drawers, Dressing shelf with mirror to get ready for a night out on the town & hanging space for your clothes.

LIVING / DINING ROOM (can accommodate additional 2 guests)
The good size living room is located to the rear of the property off the entrance hallway and overlooks the patio terrace.

There is a large grey double sofa bed with 4ft 9' mattress (6ft 6 long) suitable to sleep 1- 2 adults / children. There is also an additional smaller click clack sofa bed 5ft 10 long by 3ft 6in wide suitable for 1 additional guest to sleep one adult or child. The access to the bathroom is from the living room. A privacy screen is also provided if required.

Dining table with 4 high back chairs.

Hi-speed Wi fi internet and new Multi channel 50 inch wall mounted flatscreen TV .

PATIO TERRACE
A surprisingly spacious, private spot for al -fresco dining or that early morning coffee, garden furniture is provided. Newly laid with Astro turf. & Sun loungers are provided for guests to relax on.

KITCHEN
The galley style kitchen is located next door to the bedroom off the entrance hallway, newly fitted with sleek white glossy units, white work tops and turquoise feature wall, slate floor tiles. All new appliances with electric hob, electric oven & extractor fan, integrated appliances of fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stainless steel sink and worktop freezer. Mirrored alcove decorated with citrus accessories.

LUXURY BATHROOM
A superb feature of this property is the newly fitted luxury bathroom with double ended bath and rinse hair shower attachment, separate shower enclosure with huge overhead rainfall shower head and the quirky water drop shaped wash basin and free standing tap.

The bathroom is located & accessed from the living room There is a step up into the shower cubicle.

ACCESS
Located on the lower ground floor under the raised ground floor, via 2 short flights of steps to its own front door (see photos), with spacious hallway. Once inside the apartment, it is arranged all on one level. There is narrow access to the bathroom, so not suitable for wheel chair users or for those with restricted mobility There is a step up into the shower cubicle (no grab rails).

You know what it's like!! You spend hours going from site to site looking at different options of places to stay. You look at the reviews, look at the pictures and try to weigh up weather location is more important than a parking space or whether a sea view is essential or not.... Well save yourself a lot of effort; this apartment is as good as it gets.
The location on Brighton seafront was superb with everything being within walking distance. It has an allocated parking space just a few seconds around the corner and I was more than happy with the arrangement (and I'm the sort of person who parks in the remotest part of any car park to avoid dinks!!)
It is also very pet friendly. BUT the real reason to book this apartment is what you find when you enter the apartment. It is modern and funky as you can see from the pictures and is spotlessly clean. You would never ever know that any other pet has been in the apartment and that's as it should be. But more than the wonderful decor and the cleanliness is the attention to detail. Tina, the owner, has seriously thought about the people using her apartment and has gone way more than the extra mile to ensure that their needs are met. She also gives you a welcome and ongoing service that few others get close to.
We like staying in apartments and have experienced quite a few and this is the best one we have ever stayed in.
So why are you still reading this? Book the apartment before someone else does!

Just the best stay, everything we could have needed was there, Tina was super helpful and kept in touch with us to make sure we were fine. Perfect service. We were there for business but I am sure we will return for a short break and take advantage of all that's around Brighton.

Beautiful apartment right on seafront which was ideal for walking our dog which Tina made so welcome. Great location for the pier , i360 , shopping and eateries. With a secure garden , we highly recommend Pebble Pad for pet owners. Thanks Tina for a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay on a wet & windy weekend in November. Tina was very helpful both before & during our stay, ensuring everything was perfect and adding the little extras that really added to the relaxed feeling. Would definitely stay again when we return to Brighton. Easy walking distance to town and marina.

Staying at Pebble Pad was more than we had expected. Location was great, easy to access bus, short walk to pier and restaurants. The flat was well appointed and spotlessly clean.. Tina provides warm touches like water and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee. Bed and linens very comfortable. Felt just like home. Weather was on chilly side and did not get to use the outdoor terrace but is quite lovely to have. Would highly recommend Pebble Pad!

My husband and I stayed at Pebble Pad for a long weekend in September. It was the first time we had been away in a while so were looking for somewhere nice to stay for a short break. We were very pleased with the apartment, we arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, but Tina was there to meet us. Tina showed us around the apartment, pointing out things to note about various appliances etc. As we had not visited Brighton before, Tina gave us some brief information about where to find some nice places to eat and the local supermarkets. We found the apartment very comfortable and relaxing. The apartment was very well stocked with “the little things” like tomato sauce, salt, pepper, tea bags, mainly the things you forget to take when you go self-catering. Various of other items like an iron, clothes airer, etc. were also in the apartment, which came in handy after we got caught in the rain! The location was perfect; close enough to easily walk into the main shopping area’s and the along the sea front, but far enough away that we were not overwhelmed by lots of people or traffic noise. The allocated parking space was a really bonus; once we arrived we did not actually move the car until the day we left. Communication with Tina was very easy and quick as we had a few questions whilst we were there. Would highly recommend Pebble Pad to anyone looking for a high quality self-catering apartment. If anyone staying for business or they really need a good internet connection, the broadband during our stay was BT Fibreoptic which was very good and stable.

I came to Brighton for midweek break with my boyfriend and stayed at the Pebble Pad. After making our booking Jane, from Key Stays, was very helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information about the apartment and location. Before arriving, I had a couple of queries about whether certain appliances were already at the Pebble Pad and Tina, the property manager, was very quick in her responses. Tina showed us around the apartment which was spotless and again, even she provided us with more information about where things were in Brighton and what we could do. We felt right at home and the apartment really does live up to the beautiful pictures provided and more. It is such a stunning apartment and has everything you need from bath towels and toiletries to children’s games and DVD’s. In terms of location it is perfect, it is close to the town centre and the pier is only about a 5 minute walk away which means you are close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle. We loved staying there so much that we ended up staying another night, again Tina and Jane were very helpful in making this happen. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are considering coming to Brighton, it really is a stunning apartment which is very relaxing and has everything you need and more. I stayed here for a week with my sister. The apartment is spacious, very stylish and clean. The outdoor space is large and lovely, really tranquil. It is very quiet at night due to the excellent secondary glazing and sound proofing installed. The extra touches like bathrobes and slippers, loads of toiletries and little extras like perfume, cds, dvds etc make it like staying in a boutique hotel. The welcome pack was excellent and included a bottle of cava and chocolates. Nice central location but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The owner Tina was very helpful and considerate. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again when I next visit Brighton.

We stayed for 2 nights, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Tina the owner was very welcoming and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks. Our 18 year old daughter slept on the sofa bed which she found comfortable. The location is excellent as you walk out of the apartment you have stunning sea views, everywhere is walkable, the pier is less than 5 minutes walk and the lanes 15 minutes. The added bonus was having a car park space for the duration of our stay.

Pebble Pad is a bright, modern apartment right on the sea front and has the benefit of a garden terrace. My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and we didn't want to leave. The property is spacious and comfortable and it felt like home. It had everything we needed and more with the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. The owner Tina showed us around the apartment and she was so helpful and friendly. There were lots of added benefits as well as Tina had left wine in the fridge, plenty of tea bags, hot chocolate and coffee, a few chocolates and also some Brighton rock. There is also a coffee machine with lots of different pods. Tina was also kind enough to leave some toys and DVDs as we had a child with us. There were even dressing gowns and slippers for us to use. We couldn't have been happier with the property and we are already planning on returning

Only a short walk into the centre of town, it is perfectly situated. Simply stroll across the road and you are looking down on the famous Brighton promenade, beach and pier.

It is now my first choice for accommodation every time I visit Brighton. Highly recommended!

We had a great long weekend in Pebble Pad and it was perfect. Great location, every need catered for plus some thoughtful and unexpected complimentary treats! (Wine and chocolates). Spotlessly clean with a lovely stylish interior design. Tina was great so welcoming and lovely we couldn't ask for more. Free wifi, plenty of hot water, very comfy bed, ample towels, very soft bathrobes .....just perfect.

I never written a review, worried that I will never be able to book and come back as the place will always be booked out!
This one bed apartment I was lucky to have for 3 weeks R&R after a very busy work project.
The apartment named Pebble Pad is so Homely I sat trying to find fault and Cant, Most comfortable Bed, beautiful Bath room, so loved and cared for, its more than just a holiday Rental the moment you step in, you feel positive energy and warmth. The flats a lot bigger than it looks in pictures as well.
I cant find fault and will be back if I can ever get in, I feel this place will always be booked.
The only advice to any one I give is remember your on the sea front which is busy if your a light sleeper the bedroom is on the front, I didn't find it loud but I live in central London but its not dead quiet, saying that twice I fell a sleep on very comfortable sofa in living room which is very quiet.

Stayed here while visiting my children in uni. A well equipped apartment, modern and clean or should i say spotless. Close to the beach and pier and also a short walk will take you to North Street and the Lanes. Local amenities are also nearby. The host Tina is very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our weekend stay was booked at the last minute and we didn't really know what to expect but this place was just delightful. It had everything we needed and more, was stylish and the location is fabulous. From the moment we got to the apartment we knew we'd got lucky with this place. it's got the wow factor. The agent and the owner who greeted us could not have been more helpful and as a result we had a fantastic time.

We used keystay to arrange our recent stay in Brighton. The service from them was very professional and all transactions and communications were straightforward and the deposit was refunded within just a couple of days. The apartment itself was absolutely faultless, in an ideal position on the seafront and decorated to a very high spec with everything we could need. I would highly recommend and will use them again ourselves

Keystay and the owners could not have been more helpful which made my short break into the best holiday i have had in ages. Brighton was buzzing, vibrant and colourful. i will be back with friends soonest.

We stayed at 'Brighton Pier Seafront Central Holiday Apartment' and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very nice - and well kitted out - and in a great location. The apartment is quiet, but still right in the centre of things, and so close to the beach.
The owner was really friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I'd stay again!
